Select Technologies provides processing, scanning and data entry services to Corporate Australia.  We are based in Melbourne with a large processing facility currently operating in close proximity to the Melbourne CBD. Our workforce is capable, flexible and well trained.

We have a project team that has extensive past and current experience in processing, a wide range of forms and applications, verifying data, data collation and input across a range of media, data management and storage, scanning and digitisation.

·       Expertise in integrating processing with scanning and digital management – The Select Technologies team have significant expertise in establishing efficient process flows for integrating manual and technology inputs into a integrated information output. We set the industry standard for scanning development rnationally as well as provide the ‘best of breed’ scanning hardware and management systems to ensure the integrity of historic and fragile collections. We are experienced in managing multifaceted processes and projects to ensure that consistent results are achieved.

·       Inn ovation – We have excellent experience and capacity to improve both document design and supporting technologies to achieve improved efficiencies. We recently reengineered a Collection process resulting in significant staffing savings, improved technology integration and cost savings.

·       Expertise in data and process management of personnel-in-confidence information – Our team is experienced in assessing and entering personnel information on behalf of a range of Federal, State and private industry clients. Our experience allows us to offer a range of process and productivity improvements.

·       Significant Technical Support – the Select Technologies team has significant technical and infrastructure support. We have dedicated fulltime IT and other technical process support resources to commit to projects. We maintain a production facility and are able to provide high scanner and IT availability and redundancy.

·       We have the Personnel - We already have over 25 security cleared data operators as permanent employees and have a number awaiting employment;
